A piece of the chain is now holding the cork on my McLean.Gunnar Berghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17451985764040900726noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2695748260936745505.post-21916084243447005092010-03-06T08:53:53.052-08:002010-03-06T08:53:53.052-08:00Thanks for the effort of blogging for those of us ...Thanks for the effort of blogging for those of us who should but do not.

Where did you find your Ghisalla medallion?

While cycling last week with a group, someone mentioned stopping for coffee. I agreed but let them know I would not be drinking with them as I have given up coffee for Lent. One of the women tells me she has given up Facebook for Lent and that struck me funny. Just seems strange that the modern equivalent of fasting is to deny oneself the internet. I suppose man does not live by bread alone, and it's no more bizarre than me giving up the seed of a fruit that grows on another continent. If the goal of fasting is to contemplate, then I guess it works either way.Lone Lobohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00425482150809581644noreply@blogger.com
