Interesting brake choices between front and rear. I did something interesting for my path racer single speed project too -- I used the brazed-on Paul's centerpull on the front, but had the rear seatstay bridge drilled for the bolt-on version of the Paul's centerpull brake -- that way I could leave the brake off if I was using the fixed-gear option and the stays would still look "clean," and I could easily attach the brake if I was using a singlespeed freewheel.
