I married my friend's little sister. We have been waiting for news concerning Lorna's brother, Kurtis Hanson. Sheryre just called. He has come through surgery for esophageal cancer very well. His prognosis is excellent. It was a tough 8 hour surgery, as they had to split the sterum to get at the esophagus and remove the cancerous section. Go Kurt! Be well.
I don't know Kurt, but I wish him a full recovery and I'll be thinking of him.
