ReplyDeleteIt sucked for an observer. Team tactics. The reason I like the Classics is that is more individual effort. At the end of his career ask Thor how he feels about it. Hell, ask him this morning.
ReplyDeleteTho's a pro and he raced like one. Had he worked with Cancellara, I'm sure that Fabian would have dropped both Thor and Summeren for a repeat victory. I don't think he has any regrets! -Tony
ReplyDeleteIf they were close at the end, Thor would bury Cancellara. But you are right. He is a pro. He does what he's paid to do, not what he wants to do. But God it sucked.
