We were at Padre Brewing Co yesterday. The brewmaster, Mark Haggenmiller, lived in Nordeast in the early 90s. He is still in contact with the Minneapolis beer scene and mentioned two or three other potential breweries that MAY be in the Nordeast beer pipeline.
