A thought, if you spend too much time really looking yourself in the eyes in a mirror, or even in pictures, you are almost certainly guaranteed to go insane.
I used to look in the mirror ans see my father looking back at me. No longer. My father never made it to my age, so now it's my grandfather that looks back at me.

ReplyDeleteInteresting, both he & his brother never made it out of their 50s, yet their fathers & uncles made it into their 90s.
All down to clean living & pure thoughts.
