Floyd Tillman, born 8 December 1914 – died 22 August 2003. Floyd was a writer of great classic country songs and a lover of Demon Rum. This one is going out to Our Boys in Harm's Way, and to Reverend Dick, a lover of fine music and cheap booze.
That bus looks like one that was stolen from the streets of Eugene a few years back. Floyd must have stripped it of its tie-dye paint job, stuck his name on it, and left it to rust with all the other buses used by Demon Rum lovers.

This reminds me of the old bus parked outside the Broken Spoke honkey tonk in Austin, Texas.
I would happily dwell in Floyd Tillman's scary bus shell. It would suit me.
