I'm soo sorry to hear that! Bruce called Lloyd on Sunday and spoke with him (Joy was sleeping). She was a special lady and her name suited her!! I'm just so sorry for the family and all who knew her!

I meant also to say..."our deepest sympathies" to you and Lorna and the rest of the family!

Thanks Liz. Because of their age, I know she and Bruce were close as kids. My best to him too.

Yes Gunnar they were close growing up. Adult-life, distance and more changed that a bit but she still held a special place in his heart. It was a difficult conversation on Sunday but he's glad he made it!! Joy was always telling us we "needed" to come and visit---somehow time and $$$$ seemed to be a factor and it never happened, much to our disappointment. I pray for God's comfort for ALL of her family during this difficult time!!

We enjoyed the photo again and remember our old school days in the two room school and the creamery. Love ya, Lorna
