North Dakota State lost to Kansas today in the first round of the NCAA. This is only of note because one of my daughter's high school classmates, Ben Woodside, scored 37 points in a losing effort. He can shoot. Earlier this year he racked up 60 points in one game. I contributed to his upbringing; when he was in middle school I told him if he couldn't act like a gentleman he could leave my house. I understand he grew up to be decent young man...but I don't think he ever came back to our house. If he did he kept a low profile. And the lesson is?
