It was at least 12" deeper a few years ago in what was legitimately our '100 year flood'.

I would wager that Oakwood has the highest percentage of atheists, agnostics and heathens in general of any neighborhood in Albert Lea. If we were spared it was probably because everyone else in town was praying for our salvation.
