Yep. I don't really follow it much. So far it has resulted in improved bike paths and th promise of bike lanes. I didn't know about the socialist conspiracy angle. Probably. Them commies and liberals are behind most of the deterioration of our lifestyle - our freedom to be fat and lazy. There are unconfirmed rumors of a city ordinance against block-pressed maduro cigars and dark hoppy beer. And now that I think about it, I HAVE felt more disapproving, anti-fat guy glares from the lean, fit long-legged blondes striding their way around the lake. Evil and insidious it is.
